Pay-As-You-Go Rates
The suno api pricing is straightforward: you pay for what you use. Input tokens cost $0.25 per million, and output tokens cost $1.00 per million. This structure reflects the higher compute cost of generation. You can load credit and spend it exactly as needed. There are no subscription tiers or monthly fees. You only pay for the tokens your model processes.
Credit Bonuses
We reward larger deposits with bonus credit. When you top up by $50, you receive a 5% bonus. A $100 top-up gives you 10% extra credit. These bonuses are added to your prepaid balance and last indefinitely. They extend the life of your account without requiring a new payment. This is ideal for projects with variable token usage.
Free Trial Credit
New accounts receive $0.50 in trial credit. This is valid for 7 days and requires no credit card. It lets you test the uncensored model with real traffic. The trial credit is one per person. Questions and answers
Does the prepaid balance expire?
No. Prepaid credit does not expire. It remains in your account until you use it. This allows you to load funds when convenient and spend them over time. Bonus credits from top-ups also do not expire.
Can I exceed my balance?
No. Requests are denied if your balance is insufficient. This ensures your spend never exceeds what you loaded. You can add credit at any time to resume usage. This makes budgeting predictable for your pipeline.
How do I get trial credit?
